Sarg did not work for me…

Sarg seems to be looking at non-SSL type data (e.g., HTTP and not HTTPS).

Data usage monitoring

For me Sarg did not give me the correct info. For all of November 2019: Comcast = 411 GB from the Comcast website IPFire = 413.36 GiB from IPFire WUI menu Status > Net-Traffic SARG = 110.44 G Bytes from the Squid Analysis Report Generator Maybe SARG is only looking at non-SSL type data? (e.g., HTTP and not HTTPS). I am guessing!

Pmacct - A lightweight passive network monitoring tool

Hello community, since a couple of years now i use Pmacct --> http://www.pmacct.net/ which seems to me as a nice tool for network management tasks like billing, live or historical traffic trends analysis, real-time alerting and a lot more. It can uses on IPFire without further installations PIPEs, flat-file but also Sqlite to outline the results. Might this be a nice tool for IPFire ? In case it is, i can send it as a new Monitoring Addon to the Mailinglist. Best, Erik
