System hang during zoom

Hello, this is what I’ve got:
I’m trying to teach from home using zoom. It worked fine last fall. Since then I’ve updated to Core153.
Regularly, about half the time, after a zoom of more than 25-30 minutes IPFIRE locks up. The wifi dies, the ethernet connection to my laptop dies. Completely unresponsive. I can’t do anything but reboot.

I don’t know where to begin. Ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Fred M.

IPFire version IPFire 2.25 (x86_64) - core153
Pakfire version 2.25-x86_64
Kernel version Linux ipfire02.localdomain 4.14.212-ipfire #1 SMP Fri Dec 18 09:53:24 GMT 2020 x86_64 Intel(R) Atom(TM) Processor E3930 @ 1.30GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux

what about the mainboard of your device?

My bad: It’s a supermicro super server

with the A2SAN-L motherboard

See this thread. The short-term fix is to roll back to Core 152.
