iPfire beeps and loses RED0 connection

for few days already red0 loses connection and link is down

where i need to search for relevant logs more then just “red0 link is down” ??? because it doesnt reflect the issue

Have you tried searching in WUI–>Logs–>System Logs?

Have you tried searching for e1000e?

Sounds like a broken cable or something hardware-based. The network card simply is losing link. Maybe a bit of wiggling of blowing out the dust helps?
