Whatsup and facebook sometimes can't be reached

some times whatsup and facebook can’t be reached (and message err_tunnel connection failed)
then work again whithout doning any thing, and some times need to restart proxy.

Try to open outgoing port TCP 5222

I have a similar issue since the latest IPFire update, Facebook login page shows a not found and click on the reload button fixes it.. Could this be a caching issue ? No other webpage acts like this so what is it about Facebook login webpage?
