Like to know what the URL filter categories mean. Some are obvious
but others like “argel” or "warez: are hard to comprehend what they will block
It is arjel and that is for gambling sites in France
warez is to do with pirated software.
Just do an internet search on the topics and info can easily be found.

Since the UT website is not reachable you could use this alternative link to review categories:
because this is saying that the University of Toulouse site is unreachable.
Maybe edit to say “if the UT site is unreachable”.
Also the github page is just a mirror of the University of Toulouse site so if the UT site is not reachable then the list will not be updated.
