Web proxy stopped status post reboot

BTW, /etc/init.d/squid status generates NO results…unlike other:
i.e /etc/init.d/unbound status
unbound is running with Process ID(s) 1588.

Also I do not get this response either:

Here is, what I get from console restarting squid:

 /etc/init.d/squid restart

Therefore, do I attempt to do a full re-install of 159?
