Unbound Spoofing - error

Good evening. Attempting to spoof UNBOUND and getting an Error in syntax. Volunteers offer a solution?

nano /etc/unbound/local.d/apple-block.conf**
Insert:**

Block Apple tracking and services

local-zone: “ocsp.apple.com.” static
local-data: “ocsp.apple.com. IN A 127.0.0.1”

unbound-checkconf
/etc/unbound/local.d/apple-block.conf:1: error: syntax error
read /etc/unbound/unbound.conf failed: 1 errors in configuration file

I think it may be missing a server line

server:
    local-zone: "ocsp.apple.com" static

Resolved • spoof list is active, Unbound is working, IPFire (Unbound) is intact.: blocking surveillance & telemetry domains at the DNS level.
