Unbound messages in winscp console

Hi!
How to decrypt what is unbound saying when restarted?

On a linux terminal you would see the following

The codes you are seeing are because winscp console does not recognise the characters used for tabbing across the screen and colour coding the square brackets blue and the OK into green.

However the key thing you want to look for is OK. This means that the command worked with no errors. In your case both the stop and the start of the restart command have an OK.

If you saw the word WARNING then it would mean that something was not as expected but probably the command was able to be executed sufficiently.
There would usually be some brief error message indicating what the warning is related to.

If you saw the word FAIL then it would mean the command failed to execute and there would be some brief message indicating what stopped the program from executing the command.
