Unbound error after update to 191

Getting Started with IPFire Updates Trouble

Usually I am updating my IPFire system with pakfire. Three days ago I tried to update to 191. But during the update process the system seems to stop. The WEB-Interface was unreachable and the internet-traffic stops. The system console seemed to hang.
So I rebooted the machine with the power switch.
While the system was restarting, there appeared the following error-message:

unbound-control error: connect: connection refused for 127.0.0.1:8953

The message was repeated endless times.
After that, a message appeared, that the DHCP-Service did not start.
As a result of all of that:

  1. The WEB-Interface is unreachable
  2. openvpn does not work ( ! ! ! ! )
    but
  3. the internet traffic seems to work with no problems.

Is there anyone, who can help me to make my IPFire working with no problems?

faced 1. & 3. also (vpn not in use). Will take.a closer look to that @WE

Edit I’ll try a restore from commandline. A backup was created automatically during update.
