I have a Problem with open the port for ssh. My ipfire is running on a root server with an esxi server as the router vm. There are running some vm’s with different services. One vm ist not reaching from the internet, despite the fact that there is an alias that ist pointing to thr vm, an there is a firewal role for ssh port 563.
Who knows what is the reason for that problem. I made a fresh install of the ipfire because the old ipfire had too small disks, I couldn’t make updates. After the install I made a restore from the backup. On the old ipfire it was working, also on the other vm’s.
