Syslinux | Not Correct Version | Update 141

Getting Started with IPFire

So I went to start a new install for the newer partition sizes and because it’s been a while since I’ve done a fresh install on my current hardware. When I use Rufu 3.8.1580 I get the following error message:

Rufus acts like it can fix it, so I’m going to give that a whirl. It seems like there might be an issue with the packaged version that’s been released.

You won’t need that stuff. Use win32diskimager oder anything that just dd to a flash drive.

you can also use rufus. Importent is using dd-mode.

Actually reading the update again, the issue was with Rufus, not IPFire.
