Ssl_context_error: OpenSSLContext: CA not defined

I’m using MacBook Pro and when trying to connect I’ve got this error

ssl_context_error: OpenSSLContext: CA not defined

welcome to the IPFire community. :slight_smile:

I assume you are trying to connect to IPFire’s web interface, which comes with a self-signed certificate not trusted by your browser. The OpenSSL error message pretty much looks like this is the root cause - although I have never seen a browser displaying that output directly.

Just curious: Which browser are you using?

Either way, please refer to the documentation for further information on how to log in into the web interface. (Just to have it mentioned: Please always search there first, and open up new threads here if your question has not been answered in the documentation. :slight_smile: )

to which destination are you trying to connect to?

There is no VNC server running on IPFire…
