I recently upgraded my mobile phone and wanted to reuse a Host-to-Net Virtual Private Network (RoadWarrior) connection I previously created. I do not see the capability for regenerating the qr-code that is presented when a new connection is added.. My work around was to remove the previous connection and add it for my new device. Is this a capability that will be added in the future?

There is no capability to regenerate an existing connection qr code.
That is why you need to download the configuration file and save it somewhere safe and secure.
This is mentioned on the screen when the qr-code is created.
Your only option is to note down all the client details on your old phone’s WireGuard profile and enter that information into your new phone’s WireGuard app.

No client connection information is stored on IPFire for security reasons as it contains the private key info etc specific to that client connection.
