I have a Huawei E3372s-153 LTE-stick. How can I configure IPFIRE to use that stick as (automatic or manual) failover when the RED-internet is out-of-service ? Can I configure IPFIRE in such a way the switch to LTE is made automatically after some conditions (time, …) or how can I switch from RED to LTE manually ?

IPFire supports failover configuration for dial-up connections (PPPoE, et al.) - please refer to the corresponding documentation for further details.
