Wouldn’t Lightning Wire Labs have included within it’s
IPFire Mini Appliance / Processor AMD GX-412TC @ 1GHz
the ability to support RDRand?

Apparently the Random Number Generator / Daemon feature requires an external call. That is what I have interpreted from reading web pages and replies. However, Startup ipfire 144 starts the random number generator daemon appears to conflict with those answers.

At my informations the AMD GX-412TC does support aes-ni but no rdrand.
and the ccp is an hardware revision that is not supported by the linux kernel drivers.
