QoS graphs not working

Hi,

my QoS graphs have not worked for a while, but they did work a few years ago. I took a backup and created a new ipfire machine that is on update 194 (since my version at the time was too old to allow an update) and restored my config to it and the graphs are still not working. I’ve cleared out the QoS config and reset it one of the defaults and still I can’t see any graphs. It feels like the QoS itself is working, but just no data is being shown on the graphs. I’ve just look through all the advice I can find online and followed www.ipfire.org - Migrate to new hardware but now the graphs are just returning errors  I suspect this is because /var/log/rrd is not fully populated any more. I’ve left it for a few hours just in case it needs time to populate some data but it’s still not working. Any suggestions ?

This is how my QoS graphs look now

and this is the contents of my rrd directory:

[root@brick ~]# ls -lrt /var/log/rrd/

Stop “Services >> Quality of Service”

then remove all “class*.rrd”

then Start “Services >> Quality of Service”
