After updating to core 131 when I want to enter https: // ipaddress: 444 it gives me this error:

Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ
The page you are trying to view cannot be displayed because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

Core Update 131 has been released almost 1,5 years ago at May 16, 2019.
Please re-install your system using the latest Core Update and try again, we unfortunately neither can support such outdated installations, nor is this the security level you aim at if you are running a firewall.

yes, by running:
pakfire update
pakfire upgrade
However, you will have to jump from Core Update to Core Update AFAIK, which is why I strongly suggest a re-installation of that system.
