I have a rule that is only active starting at 22:00 hours every day.
This has been working as expected until last Sunday, when the clock was set back an hour due to daylight savings settings.
Now the rule activates at 21:00 hours every day. It seems when rules are evaluated daylight savings is not taken into consideration. The date command at the console does show the proper time.
Can someone else confirm this behaviour?
