Can you try a different browser? And rebooting the IPFire box?
I just brought up my VM test system and it looks fine. But I also had it turned off for the past few days.

I am guessing the above is the older Memory Graph (before Core Update 160). The Caption fonts are different with the new Graphs.
Here is the Memory Graph on my VM test system.
After upgrade from 159 to 160
Firefox 93.0 64bit ,
Google Chrome Version 94.0.4606.71 (Official release) (64-bit)
I use MS Edge (94.0.992.37) and Google Chrome (94.0.4606.71) browsers. Connecting to Ipfire in incognito mode.
I rebooted Ipfire, but it looks like the problem remains.
The graphs are SVG images, and are therefore not rendered on IPFire any more.
It is the browser that renders them, and it looks like something is wrong with yours.
Can you try to save the image and open it with another program and see if the problem persists?

There are suspicions that some scripts did not work during the update …

I had a question, is it possible to do detailed logging in the future, so that when a problem occurs, send an initially detailed log in the error tracker with a detailed description?

The graph shows that there are no data before mid of March '21 and after mid of October '21.

I remember there were some problems with the RRDs. Maybe your system has these issues also.
Are there error messages of collectd in /var/log/message?
