Okay, so the pakfire code checks that the whole chain is available before it starts doing anything, which makes sense.
I just checked all 29 mirror sites and 19 have all the files back in place. There are 10 sites which have some but not all files restored yet. As the restore started about 4 hours ago then maybe another 2 hours, at maximum, should see everything in place. However don’t hold me to that timing, it is just my guess. The restore is coming via a relatively slow connection.
