Have you done a pakfire update to update the servers list, as recommended by the error message?
There is a problem with the older meta-core-upgrade-xxx files.
@ms is getting a restore from the backup done but it could take several hours before everything is back on the mirrors.

I have just looked at a few of the mirrors and some of them had all the meta-core-upgrade files restored. Some had most of them restored.
So the restore is definitely in progress.
You can always try to do the upgrade again. If the mirrors that are used have the required meta files restored then your update will go ahead.
If you are currently on CU191 then the update will occur anyway as that meta file is present.
If you are several Core Updates behind, then I don’t know what would happen if the first required meta file, say meta-core-upgrade-185, was present but not one of the later ones between 185 and 192.
I would expect that the update to CU185 would occur and then subsequently the following updates up to the next missing one, say meta-core-upgrade-189, and then it would stop at the previous version. So you would need to reboot at that point and you would then have an IPFire at Core Update 188.

Okay, so the pakfire code checks that the whole chain is available before it starts doing anything, which makes sense.
I just checked all 29 mirror sites and 19 have all the files back in place. There are 10 sites which have some but not all files restored yet. As the restore started about 4 hours ago then maybe another 2 hours, at maximum, should see everything in place. However don’t hold me to that timing, it is just my guess. The restore is coming via a relatively slow connection.
