Old account deleted?

Hi,

want logging in forum.ipfire.or with my regist. username and password - but doesn’t work. I’ve to make a new registration; was this okay?? the old account was deleted ??

Hi,

yes, forum.ipfire.org has been taken offline quite a while ago.

Creating a new account was/is necessary, as the old forum kept its own user database, which we could not migrate to the new forum. Also, there were quite a bunch of orphaned accounts, and we thought a fresh start would be the better approach.
