No access to some urls

Hello,
i have no access to some urls like elster.de or heizoel24.de
i got ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT and ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED
my ipfire is connected through a fritz box to the internet
ipfire and fritz box use the same dns server settings (193.110.81.9 and 185.253.5.9)
when i connect my pc directly to the fritz box i can access the urls
i have deactivated einbruchsverhinderung, ip-blocklisten and url-filter with no success
pinging these urls also fail, although the ips are resolved
longer time ago these urls were reachable through the ipfire
what else can i try?
thanks in advance, Marina

Try disabling Drop Hostile Networks at Firewall->Firewall Options

Firewall options for RED interface
Drop packets from and to hostile networks (listed at Spamhaus DROP, etc.) on / off

You will have to reload Firewall Settings after you do this. You could always turn it back on if it’s not the issue.

Hello Tim,
thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, deactivating the option made no difference, even after restarting ipfire.

Finally got it somehow working!
I’ve played around with the firewall settings of the fritz box, by that i got a new public ip.
It has got to do something with these things.
I will investigate further as soon as it stops working.

So here’s the solution:
The problem was that some time after I got a new IP, some URLs were no longer accessible.
The cause was the Tor relay I was running on my IPFire.
Something on my IPFire blocks access to some URLs/IPs after a while when the Tor relay is running.
When this happens, however, these URLs are accessible via the upstream Fritz!Box.
After shutting down the relay and receiving a new IP, these URLs were permanently accessible via IPFire.
Now my health insurance company’s ePA app also works
