I have a Dell Optiplex 3050 micro with 4GB of RAM and a none SSD hard drive. It has one ethernet port but I have a 3.0 USB adapter(Cable matters model 202013) to go in the 3.0 port on the computer. My question would be if It would pass 400Mbps with it being 3.0. Also will the operating system have an issue with it being set up like that? Suggestions are also very welcome Thank you.
