I noticed that the network traffic report is not correct, in particular the detailed one of the last 24 hours
I take for example the report of my red network, if I look at the detail I find traffic at times that should not be there and I do not find traffic at times that should be there
looking like this I think it is moved forward by at least 4-5 hours
Service->Time Server. Make sure IPFire’s time is sync’d to your local time.
I have found that IPFire’s Network Traffic is extremely accurate. My ISP lets me view my bandwidth usage on their site and it always lines up perfectly with the RED traffic display on this page.
I checked before posting my post, the time is correct with my time
is this maybe the difference of your local
timezone to UTC
no my time is correct on IPFire
yes your time is correct.
what is the difference of
your local time to UTC
hello
the time shown on the ntp page is correct compared to my local
if you look at the image posted above you will notice traffic starting from 5pm until 3am.
then it goes almost to zero, the little traffic present I believe is the VPN towards the server and other services present until 9am
from what I can imagine I think it is ahead by 10 hours
PS I am +1 compared to GMT
i never doubted your correct time
there was a small
chance it could be the
difference of your local timezone to UTC
but it is not
i am curious to see what the cause is in the end
