Every time I navigate on that page, Edge offers me to translate it from Portuguese.
Why is that?
PS: It’s just a quirk that triggers my OSD 
Just tried it. I don’t get any notice for a translation.
I don’t normally use Edge at all, but I tried and did not get any translation notice when going to the Dynamic DNS page in IPFire. But then again, my system is set to English (US).
I have this setting active:
Offer to translate pages that aren’t in a language I read
Search result match: When this setting is on, Microsoft Edge detects the language on your webpage and offers to translate if the language detected is not listed under Preferred languages. The webpage text will be sent to Microsoft Translator service for translation, where the text is stored for service improvements. Learn more about how the Microsoft Translator service uses your data

I just checked and that setting is active on my Edge too. I only have two languages under Preferred: English (US) and English.
It stopped doing it on mine too.
I don’t know why, maybe it was a fluke.
