Location filter not working properly

Hallo,

We’ve blocked all connections from the US, but an address appears to be incorrectly registered in the location database. The IP block “159.89.0.0/16” is registered and managed in the US, but the IP “159.89.7.33” is hosted/located in Germany (see image). The connection is blocked even though it comes from Germany, the system thinks it comes from the USA.
What can we do?
