can i use these cerst also for ipfire ? where do i have to copy them ?

Is your IPfire internet facing?
you put it in the web server public directory
/.well-known/acme-challenge/`
The IPFire certs for the wui web server are stored in /etc/httpd/
Another alternative to consider is the addon dehydrated which is a client for signing certificates with a Let’s Encrypt server.
