Issue with GUI of IPFIRE

Hi
I have a problem with the GUI of IPFIRE it is giving me the below error

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

but there have been no changes made on the server as i am the only one managing the server…

You can find more details about this error in /var/log/httpd/error_log.

Thanks … but now

i am unable to access the firewall as well

ssh root@10.251.39.97
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

Hi @rizwannazirabbasi.

By default, ssh is stopped and you should log in via the GUI to enable it (but since you can’t, you won’t that way). The only way is to connect a monitor and keyboard and access the IPFire.

If you do not have the possibility of connecting a monitor, then complicated. Perhaps via RS232 through a Serial port.

You did a restart? Otherwise you need to grab a monitor and keyboard and access directly.
