since I have installed CU200 I have some strange issues with my green interface. The eth driver is a Inter e1000e. The issue I have is, that after some minutes or hours the interface suddenly doesn’t respond anymore. with dmesg | grep e1000e I see some “Detected Hardware Unit Hang” messages. Does anyone have an idea why this is there since CU200. While with CU199 I never had that.
It will likely be from the kernel update from 6.12.58 to 6.18.7 and some further issue with the intel driver E1000e, which has been an issue that has been around since at least 2013 and to date Intel have not come up with a fix.

Some of those links also provide info on how to overcome the issue by disabling some of the offload functions on thew nics.
Ok thanks for the insight. I will stay away from those intel cards then. I replaced it on Friday and since then CU200 is stable again.
