Hi, i am trying to publish ipfire GUI behind nginx reverse proxy. I can access to all pages/setting, but any changes made are never applied. Looking at nginx access logs i don’t see any error (always get 200OK in reply to POST).
If i make changes connecting directly to ipfire gui (https://ip:444) it works.
Is there a way to trubleshooting it? I suppose is realted to cgi script.
Anyone done it ?

Not that I am aware of, and I do not really get what use-case such a setup serves.
Both IPFire’s web interface and SSH service (if enabled) should never be made publicly accessible from the internet, either directly or indirectly. Please use a VPN connection to your IPFire for remote management tasks instead.
