IPFire and Technitium

Howdy! Is anyone by chance running IPFire and Technitium? If so, could you share your IPFire and Technitium settings please?

The challenge I have found is that when I change my IPFire DNS to the Technitium device, the Technitium device receives pings from devices on the network, but it does not appear that Technitium is able to resolve. I tried to setup forwarding to Quad9 on the Technitium device, but that did not seem to work.

It’s just a simple script, just need to run at boot. i dont care about stop, status, reload, restart (and yes, ive made proper scripts with explicit functions, still nothing). init scripts run fine manually, but not at any runlevel, or even red.up. I’ve tried creating systemv services, ive tried chkconfig services, rc.local in every possible /etc folder, including /etc/sysconfig. Please just help me run a stupid command at boot. From what I saw it is a pi-hole like product. Would think setup would be similar.
