Interesting behaver after reinstall from backup iso

Hey every one , I just notice this:

I had a problem with my driver( it die on me) after the new one’s where in, I install them (as raid) with my bacup iso, and after install my cpu waiting for IO was high as never been.

as you can see it took close to 12 hour to get back to normal.

Is this normal??

I guess it is normal , but for the other people that may not know now I hope they know.

What i notice is that during this time Webproxy is working bad really bad only squedclam is working.
