I have a problem

Good evening, I’m a beginner with ipfire, they use it in the school where I work and I’ve been managing it for a year, it’s configured green, red, blue.
Suddenly it stopped working, all the clients it managed disconnected, the network does not identify or the internet is absent, and I can no longer access the web interface.
I tried restarting the various devices connected to it (switch, access point, etc.) but I still get the same error.
I logged in via console (with keyboard and screen), checked the IPs and they seem correct. At startup it gives me the fail su:unbound dhcp leases bridge.
I would like to reset it and do it all over again.
But first I would like to ask you if you have any suggestions on what to do.
In the meantime, I was carrying out this procedure: UrlFilter with Https sites, which however was already configured and I didn’t make any changes.
Thanks and have a good evening.

Sorry for my english.

Welcome to the IPFire project.

How exactly is the error message?

Can the clients access the internet using an IP? ( 81.3.27.38 for www.ipfire.org, for example)

Thank you, error is: unbound dhcp leases bridge.

Lo vedo quando mi collego tramite console.

Did you try restarting any ISP equipment? Modem, etc.

This isn’t an error I know from the file /var/log/messages.

Yes, I restarted all the devices connected to the firewall

The failing component is not the unbound lease bridge, it is the dhcp server itself that is not running.

looks like a faulty dhcp configuration e.g. Not matching start and end addresses or a IP outside the allowerd network.

you try elinks to fix the setting but be warned, elinks i a bit messy to navigate.

“I solved it. I connected a PC directly to the green port of IPFire and, by changing the IP, subnet, and gateway, I gained access to the web interface. From there, I reset the DHCP range and DNS, and now everything works.”
