I made a firewall rule to direct a request from the internet to a specific IP:port in my network.
Inside my network all works fine.
From outside (cellphone data), the source port appears assigned randomly, and it is constantly blocked by the firewall rules.
How can I specify “any” at the src port?
If I put port 8080, it works only from the internal network.
The way your firewall rule is setup.
Port 8080 WAN side port is redirected to port 8504 Internal (green)?
The fact you are using port 8080 from your internal network and it connects.
I feel you have your ports reversed in your firewall rule.
Destination, to me, means my internal network. That’s where my 8504 lives.
LE: Reversed them and it doesn’t work from my lan.
You try to define a port-forwarding rule, therefore the source should be standard networks: any, IMO.
