Firewall rule not working

I searched and could not find my exact answer. The Pi box will not respond over the internet but responds fine on the local network.

I cannot get any external IP to connect to internal IP 192.168.43.111 with port 8000. I cannot find a firewall on the Pi nor does the application have an IP address blocker/limiter.

Thank you. Finally got it to work using the NAT instead of external rule. The external port is now IP limited so no DMZ should be fine.
