No. The documentation is available as html web pages.

Reason is simply, because a PDF doc is static. This means many questions in the community should mention the version of the doc also.
Further the wiki approach allows easy corrections to the doc ( by each community member, also!).
You can trust, that the contents are reliable, because devs and moderators monitor changes and correct errors.
