Dns server local recursion in core 138

Hi all
I noticed that after a reboot the webinterface for the DNS server shows a “local recursion” in the 138 core build.
edit: I use 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 as dns in ipfire

Known bug fixed with core 139. restart unbound manualy helps. https://bugzilla.ipfire.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12198

Is this just a visible issue? Whenever I trace name resolutions it uses the configured DNS servers even if it shows up a local recursor in the webui but the right configured dns servers (also validated) in the DNSSEC-Informationen.
