DNS error after activate a rule

Hello
I beginn with ipfire.
I have make a rule to block the traffic to all by default, and autorize with different level.
I follow this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSCQHe5QUx8
When I activated this rule I can ping 8.8.8.8 but not google.fr.
I try some things ( create a rule to open the 53 port to my dns server) but nothing work.
Did you have any ideas about my problem ?
