Is there a reason that the current (expired) leases lists is that long?Do I need to know that I had a lease 6 month ago which is expired?

The dynamic leases list shows all (MAC, IP) relations which were generated.
dhcpd tries to hand out the same IP whenever a certain MAC asks for.
If there is no relation and no free IP, the oldest relation is deletes and the IP of it is given to the device.
This means, if your dynamic pool is big there are many old relations.
Edit: I checked my table, there are no double IPs. And the table is small. My pools are 32 IPs for green and 55 IPs for blue. The table has 24 entries.
Disable the blue and the green dhcp entries at the top of the page and then press the Save button.
Then enable the green and blue entries again and press Save.
This will restart the dhcp server and the leases will have been cleared.
