TLDR;

  1. You’d better buy memory from Kingston or Transend
  2. SATA SSD upgradability depends on the product availability on the market, but in general it should be fine, otherwise stick to the built-in 128G.
  3. You may need a fan to cool the appliance.
  4. If you need WiFi, best to buy the WiFi version.
