Hello everyone,

My ipfire with Core Update 203 seems to be blocking push notifications from my bank.

I have the DNS firewall set up with the following list.

Can anyone tell me which logs I can check to see the block and how I can add it to a whitelist?

I would look at the DNS configuration (dns.cgi) instead.

  • Disable Google DNS servers if you are using them.
  • Disable Safe Search.

Then save.

You might always uncheck all the filters in DNS Firewall, verify the push notification works, then turn the filters on one at a time, testing after each. It will be easier to find the block with fewer logs to go through.
