I have got a “misconfiguration”. In my case there is a DHCP server configured on blue. A blue network is configured, but not wired.
I am not sure that I fully understand the situation.
My interpretation of the above would be that there is a blue interface and it has been configured for the Blue zone and that has been configured on the dhcp WUI page but that there is no ethernet cable connected to the blue nic.
I suspect my above interpretation to be incorrect as that should not prevent the dhcp server from starting.
Could you please expand on your description of the problem a bit more.
