Checksums of IPFire images

I have seen a few requests for listing integrity checking and checksums (MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256) of IPFire images.
They could be found but the new website doesn’t list them in the same way as it used to.

So I decided to start listing them one-by-one., Hope someone will make a Wiki entry eventually.

Newest images:
ipfire-2.29-core184-x86_64.iso

Unofficial Checksums:
Checksum MD5 SHA1 SHA256.zip (689 Bytes)

ipfire-2.29-core184-x86_64.img

Unofficial Checksums:
Checksum 184.x86_64img.xz MD5 SHA1 SHA256.zip (717 Bytes)

ipfire-2.29-core184-aarch64.iso

Unofficial Checksums:
Checksums aarch64.zip (693 Bytes)

Sorry, I don’t think this is a good idea.
We have pages on the official IPFire_ site for download of images. These include a checksum, also. It isn’t as comfortable as it was, agreed. But these pages are controled mainly by the core devs responsible for CU releases.
The community or the wiki can be altered by each member of the community. This includes ‘bad boys’ which distribute images not originating from the IPFire_ team. A publication of the checksums certify these fakes.
Just my opinion.

EDIT: Who wants to download security software from an inofficial page?
We could discuss, whether the checksum files are included on the official page.

All valid points,
Wiki would give somewhat official impression of the information.

I’ve always been comfortable with the files provided by the developers,

The checksums are always good.
