perhaps this problem is described somewhere other in the community, but I can’t really find it 
If I try to upgrade manually ( pakfire upgrade ) I get
DOWNLOAD ERROR: The downloaded file (pakfire2/2.25/paks/core-upgrade-2.25-157.ipfire) wasn't verified by IPFire.org. Sorry - Exiting...
Trying to verify the download file results in
gpg --verify /opt/pakfire/tmp/core-upgrade-2.25-157.ipfire

Looks like the signature are lost.
Or is it a memory problem?
