Block IP address ranges not just individuals

I’ve had massive IP outputs from the modem to the outside world for a few days now, even when I disconnect all networks

Can I block ip address ranges in the firewall, not just individual ones

Zb

95.101.72.0/95.101.75.255

93.184.220.0 - 93.184.223.255

104.64.0.0 - 104.127.255.255

104.103.72.0 - 104.103.73.255

2.23.144.0 - 2.23.159.255

8.224.0.0 - 8.241.255.255

Thanks

Yes.
add network to network group
95.101.72.0-95.101.75.55 is noted as 95.101.72.0/22
“95.101.72.0/22”
95.101.72.0
Subnet 255,255.252.0
so the second one 93.184.220.0 - 93.184.223,255
= “93.184.220.0/22”
I used a online CIDR calculator

You may want look up who owns the CIDR first.
Add to firewall rule.
Add CIDR of each group one at a time.
