Backup / restore

I need to change hard drives, but i cannot generate a useable iso nor can i clone it for some reason. I do have ipf’s. iso’s are showing up with 0mb. Using core 170. What options?

If you can’t clone it using Clonezilla or similar, then you are left with downloading the latest ipf, then changing HDD and doing a fresh install.

This was a bug with CU170 due to the change in naming of the download iso files .

This was fixed in CU171.

However, there is another bug related to the backup iso process that is not yet fixed. It can be overcome by manually correcting a file after doing the install from the iso with backup file.

The simplest approach, as mentioned by @rodneyp , would be to take a backup file and save it offline and then do a fresh install followed by a restore.
