Before update worked well. Now not starting on boot at all despite of corresponding checkbox in web gui enabled. After pressing on green arrow no error messages and not starting.
That has already been reported as a bug on 15th Feb

Patch has been submitted and merged into Core Update 184 Testing.
The bug report also indicates how to solve the issue on Core Update 183 by uninstalling freeradius and then re-installing it again but only after clearing the freeradius addon cache.
Ok, reinstall of freeradius helped.
