Adding to the menu on top

Enhance Menu on top of all the Ipfire main sites to include links to , at least, the main sites.

Similar as to what is available on the Ipfire.org page, but replicated to all pages.
A simple include tag can do it, with reservation for eventual changes in graphics or such.

I see this lack of “linking” missing or ignored on many many places.

Some one has been employed to work on updating the website. If you look through the ipfire bugzilla you will find several items listed there that are being worked on.
