I think a unicast DNS is preferable, so that’s why I think the NL server would be useful

Seems like FLOKINET is a Romania based DNS provider,
their Romania based resolver was already in the Wiki,
I wonder what this note means, what would be the difference when they switch to anycast :
ro.resolv.flokinet.net and resolv.flokinet.net (resolv.flokinet.net will be migrated to anycast soon)

Actually, FlokiNET is an offshore hosting provider. I recently read somewhere they are about to offer services out of the Netherlands as well - currently, they colocate (I believe) in datacenters in Romania, Finland and Iceland.
